Essentially my argument is that pregnancy should be seen as a form of organ donation - no one can be forced to donate their organ without their consent.

However if a baby can be born alive at the point the mother wants an abortion, they should be born alive. And 8 and 9 month pregnancies are the point where the baby can be born alive.

That said I don't know of a single woman who just decides randomly at 8 months that she doesn't want the baby anymore and wants to kill it. Late term abortions are ALWAYS due to terminal illness, or some kind of tragic genetic condition that would mean the fetus can't survive birth. Or it's due to some condition that would literally kill the mother if she carried the fetus to term.
