Yes!!! That's EXACTLY what I'm thinking as well. In my lived reality, I am surrounded by a wonderful supportive community with so much to give to the world. And we are giving to the world. And we'll keep doing that.

I was talking to my husband about how the only way to actually deradicalize someone is to become their true friend and be someone they respect before you try to convince them of anything. Which means you can't do it en-masse.

But I said "it doesn't need to be done en-masse, in MLM models one person recruits two people and those two recruit another two each and so on, if that continues 13 times we have more people than the entire planet, so why can't that concept be applied to a social movement?" Each of us doesn't have to change the minds of thousands of people. We just need to affect people in our circle, who then affect people in their circle and so on. That's mycelium, decentralized power.
