Yeah it's what I call the "awwwh" face 🥺 it's like this emoji. I don't make it every time I see a cute thing but if it's so cute it hurts somehow, then yes I make that face.

I'm pretty damn sure I'm not autistic. The only thing I really show that overlaps with the autistic experience is stimming, I am usually making some kind of rhythmic repetitive movement whenever I'm sitting and often when I'm in bed too. Twitching my feet, legs, hips etc.

But neurotypicals stim too, so it's not necessarily that I am autistic.

I find it very easy to tell what other people are feeling, I'm very empathetic, I don't have any hypersensitivity to sound/light/texture or taste. I am not anxious when it comes to social interaction or public speaking, in fact my job requires constant talking to strangers (corporate sales). While I get passionate about my interests, it's not to the exclusion of others.

I do have synaesthesia (I see colours in my mind constantly, tied to words and sounds, and also certain noises give me physical sensations in the body, like digeridoos make me feel like I'm being tickled in the kidney area of the back) and that is a form of neurodivergence that some autistic people have, but plenty of people who aren't autistic have it too.

Anyway humanity is strange and diverse and cool. 😁
