Yeah I rarely notice engagement rings. My fiance gave me a silver engagement ring with no stone. I love it. It's engraved with panthers on one side and I engraved our secret names on the inside.

He took it off his own finger to give it to me. It's beautiful and I wouldn't have any other ring.

Plus it's more practical, since a stone would easily catch on things.
