Yeah I actually find I have 2 types of arousal. One is "demisexual arousal". It feels like pulses of warm pleasure in my lower belly. It's also the kind of pleasure I get when I'm actually having sex. When I'm properly aroused in a demisexual way, I can orgasm without touching myself, and the orgasm will be in my lower belly.
