Wowww! What a story! Like many I was inspired by the initial story of the "ethical CEO" who put all his staff on $70k/year. To realise what a psychopath he is - it's shocking, but I suppose it shouldn't be. A really ethical person wouldn't have tried to make all the media stories about himself, he would have just done the right thing and not sought clout for it.
