Why isn't there more of a global focus on finding effective treatments for those who HAVE caught COVID? Vaccines are great but there seems to be very little effort being poured into finding treatments for people who are already infected. Why? Is it because if such a treatment was found there would be no need for vaccination or lockdowns or social control programs?
I have to wonder about the motivation behind focusing on vaccines that the virus will eventually mutate past, rather than focusing on treatments for the very sick, especially given the fact that most people who catch COVID will not get severely ill and many won't get any symptoms at all.
