Why is deleting your Twitter account seen as going insane? It’s just social media. Normally when people say “insane” they mean “hallucinations, delusions, severe mental illness to the point that you can’t control yourself or understand reality”. Deleting Twitter because “social media doesn’t matter” doesn’t sound insane. It sounds pretty reasonable tbh.

Have you ever tried the contraceptive implant? I use Implanon and I find it to be perfect for me. Some people get side effects but it’s usually not mood related, more to do with irregular periods and either reduced or increased bleeding. For me, it practically stopped my periods. And you don’t have to touch it again for 3 years AND it has one of the strongest contraceptive statistics (prevents 99.8% of pregnancies).
