The experience itself is worth it. Something doesn't have to last forever to be worth doing. Focus on the experience rather than a supposed end date and ironically your relationship will last longer.

Going into a relationship going "it's probably not worth it" WILL MEAN YOU TREAT IT AS NOT WORTH IT. And thus it's doomed.
