Well yes but the article that the OP was writing was how the very concept of "whiteness" should be dismantled and how people who identify themselves as white are irredeemably racist. Kind of hard to dismantle whiteness when you're told everyday by antiracists that "you're white and an oppressor".
Do you understand the point I'm trying to make? I feel like you're not actually responding to what I'm saying. Maybe I'm not communicating it properly.
I am asking, if according to the OP, it's wrong to identify as white, but it's also wrong to NOT identify as white, what the hell can you identify as if you are descended from people with pale skin in the European region?
