I've been trying to be mindful of my lack of sleep lately, because I've been working long hours and yet I also want to have time "for me" to enjoy which means if I finish work at midnight I still want to stay awake to do something fun for a few hours. Overreliance on caffeine and modafinil to stay awake and alert is also probably not the healthiest.
So while I have a healthy diet (vegan, whole food) my lack of exercise throughout the week plus my erratic sleep schedule is dragging me down.
