The reality, though, is other than listening or offering a shoulder to cry on, there isn't much else we can do. Suppose you badmouth or interject your thoughts about a metamour who never directly interacts with you. In that case, you become toxic because you are using your opinion or emotions to change your partner's perception of the others they love. Your partner will resent you, and your negative actions will somehow end your relationship.

So he would read this, right?
