This just isn't true. Trump isn't a victim. Unless you call Kim Jong Un a victim because he's hated, or Putin a victim because he's hated etc.
Being hated for your bad actions doesn't make you a fucking victim.
You seem to make the claim that because he's a malignant narcissist that he is therefore unable to perceive the difference between right and wrong, that he is basically incapable and "mentally handicapped". That's not true. Someone can be delusional about some things, and still be culpable. Someone can be mentally ill, and still have agency. Someone can be narcissistic and still be capable of making ethical decisions. Trump has agency. He used that agency as the MOST POWERFUL PERSON IN THE WORLD to fucking ruin countless lives.
If Trump was completely insane, that would be a different story. But in criminal justice there is something called "mentally ill but still culpable" and he definitely falls into this category.
Forgive me if I don't join in the "if we hate Trump we're just as bad as him" narrative. He's not a pitiable figure, he's one of the richest most powerful people in the world. He doesn't suffer (or if he does, nowhere near as much as his actual victims). He THRIVES off being hated. He also has an almost equally large rabid fanbase who adores him like a cult leader. He's NOT a victim.
