This is where I'm at! There's this undercurrent of peace and vibrant enjoyment of life running through all that I experience. Even when I feel sad, or stressed. And I can intensely experience the present moment in such beauty.

I went for a walk yesterday and I almost cried with how beautiful all the plants in people's gardens were. Each tree was perfection in its imperfection. I took off my shoes and walked barefoot on grass and I felt such intense presence and joy - each grass plant was an organism I was communicating with.

Life is exquisite. Even now, sitting at my desk in my office at work, I can't keep a smile off my face.
