This is so true!

What blew my mind is when I read a stat (forgot where) of how we only use about 2.3 rooms in our house, the majority of the time. What a waste. All those rooms you pay a mortgage on and you don’t even use most of them.

This is so true! I have a small studio apartment and it is EXACTLY the size I need - unless I had kids I can't really see myself needing more space. Even if I was living with my partner, we used one room for 90% of our time inside, so this space is perfect.
