This is so true. I saw that exact chart myself. I took psychedelics with my partner, because I thought they were "the safest of all drugs" due to charts like that.

And they were beneficial for me. I cured my eating disorder after a psychedelic experience (there were other factors involved but the lightbulb moment was the mystical experience induced by LSD).

However for my partner, who had predispositions towards psychosis and PTSD? It was utterly catastrophic. He took mushrooms, suffered a complete psychotic break, believed a loved one who was with him was a murderer trying to kill him, and shot her. He's now in prison for manslaughter, and for almost 2 years after the "bad trip" he had constant delusions and hallucinations.

Psychedelics can be heaven and hell. I support them being used in therapeutic sessions where people can be kept safe if something goes wrong. But ABSOLUTELY they are not inherently safe, not for everyone. If you feel there is a risk you could go insane on psychedelics DON'T TAKE THEM.
