To help her readers practice self-consent, Love Uncommon suggested making a Yes List and No List of different stimuli you have reactions to. Could be everything from foods, to animals, odors, people, activities, etc. Then, journal about a few of the items you’ve listed, describing the yes or no feelings in detail.
