This is BS. Just get better at sticking to your boundaries. Ghosting people left right and centre is one of the shittiest things you can do to a so-called “friend" and most of the time people who ghost did NOT tell the person what they did wrong. If you think someone is gaslighting you then call it out. If someone is truly abusive then sure, ghost away. But I’ve been ghosted before by a person who called herself my best friend and she NEVER told me why and it fucked me up and caused major trust issues and anxiety for future friendships. Bear that in mind when you selfishly decide to ghost because it’s “less awkward for you".
