There's the pure clitoral arousal which is like an itch to be scratched, often caused by kink fantasies.

Then there is the "womb clench" arousal I get when I feel extreme empathy and connection with someone. It feels like a wave of hot warmth that spreads through my pelvis and lower belly, and it feels like my womb is contracting in pleasure. It's in a completely different part of the body (the same place that seems to get pleasured by penetrative sex with someone I love), and it can happen multiple times (even hundreds of times) in a row when I'm in the right mindset.
