I am part of the ecstatic dance community in Seattle. We have 3 octogenarians who dance there. One is 85. The other two are 80. The 85 year old is extremely vigorous and vibrant. I would have put him as early 70s at most. The other 80 year olds also look much younger than their age.
The issue is not so much their age, but their vibrancy of spirit and their connection to their emotions, their community, and regular physical exercise that brings joy to their bodies (ecstatic dance is imo the most enjoyable form of exercise I've ever tried, it's very aerobic but in a way that is cathartic and FUN and no rules!)
