These jobs are not the same at all. Account Executive is a corporate sales job. I have that job right now and it's fun and you can make lots of money in it. Customer Success Manager isn't sales at all, it's after-sales service. Business Analyst is a financial job that's more data driven.

These jobs don't give a "meagre" reward, they pay VERY well. In my Account Executive job, at the age of 26, I am earning between 100-150k. Working 9-5. I expect to be earning more than 200k next year. And I enjoy it.

You seem extremely snobby, assuming everyone wants to be an entrepreneur. For me, I want to earn good money for my future in a job that I enjoy and find intellectually stimulating, that provides me good work-life balance that allows me to then pursue my passions for art, writing and psychology without having to worry about money.
