There's an interesting type of orgasm I experience that I rarely see described.

Basically, I get turned on 2 ways. By clitoral stimulation (and kinky erotica) is the most common way for my masturbation, it leads to an easy but intense clitoral orgasm. It's a quickie, and I can have as many as I want in a row. However it doesn't translate as well to partnered sex as I think I'm just so used to a particular kind of clitoral stimulation that someone else trying to do it, it feels unfamiliar.

The second way is very different - it happens when I am emotionally aroused in a demisexual way. I don't know how to describe it properly but when I'm feeling connection and intimacy, or seeing someone else experiencing that (such as when watching amateur porn by real people in love), I get these involuntary, extremely pleasurable "womb clenches" deep in my lower belly, and the pleasure radiates out in waves of heat throughout my stomach, to my groin, even down my legs. My skin flushes and my nipples get erect. It's like a "lovegasm" or an "empathygasm". I could have it when just making out. Or even not touching anything. Even just THINKING of my partner turned on, or remembering having sex with him, can trigger it. So can reading romantic sexual fanfiction about characters I "ship".

With this second kind of orgasm, I don't feel the need to touch myself (in fact womb orgasms are better when I DON'T touch the clitoris), and I get extremely wet. This is the kind of pleasure I get when having intercourse with the person I love as well. These kinds of orgasms can happen one after the other every few seconds, as long as I'm "in the moment", feeling those feelings, for HOURS sometimes. I can have hundreds, even thousands in a session. It's incredible. By far my favourite way to cum.

Goes to show the brain is the largest sexual organ, you really CAN come without being touched.
