The most number of orgasms I have ever had in a single masturbation session was about 140. It was not in a single hour though, more like 2 hours. I did not use a toy. The reason I know how many it was, was because I was reading a book, and I gave myself an orgasm for every second page I read. By the end of it, my legs had cramped a LOT. But it was awesome.
