Society is not “as racist” as when lynchings were commonplace, interracial marriage was illegal, black people were segregated everywhere etc. That’s ridiculous to claim that there’s been no progress made at all and it’s patently false.

The existence of racism today is very real and terrible but come on. Things have definitely improved.
