So in your opinion, unless the piece of writing is specifically done to make someone feel bad, it's not "shaming"?

But a lot of what you posted in your own article as examples of shaming, could count as "not shaming" then.

I'm not saying you're necessarily unjustified in writing about, even mocking, or condemning, your mother, or celebrities, or your snarky commenters, or Rachel Hollis or whoever. But it's just a bit funny to me that "shaming says bad things about you" unless it's coming from you. THEN shaming is totally justifiable and worthy and valid.
