She literally shat in a bed, and also has a history of domestic abuse not only evidenced in multiple audio recordings of her admitting to abusing Depp, but also she literally was arrested for abusing her previous partner (a woman) and has a pattern of abusing her employees as well. She may ALSO be a victim of abuse and sexual violence - but she is in my mind, 100% a perpetrator. And if it's a pattern, including wild swings between "I love you don't leave me" and "I hate you, get away" (ie getting a restraining order on Depp then demanding he come visit her while the restraining order was in effect) - then a personality disorder is worth considering. Plus the psychiatrist who diagnosed her was a woman, Dr Curry, so unless you think "diagnosing a woman with a mental illness is inherently patriarchal" I think this is a reach.
Even if she is a victim, and her case has only really started presenting their evidence so we don't have the whole story on her side yet - that doesn't mean she doesn't have a personality disorder.
For the record I am sure Depp himself has mental disorders and there probably will be a doctor who will testify for Heard claiming that he has a personality disorder too. .
But don't make this out to be some kind of "oh it's all a conspiracy against poor completely innocent Amber, everything bad said about her is a trick to discredit her" - the evidence says otherwise. Women can be abusive too.
