Psychedelics are incredible tools. My trips have helped me lose my fear of death and realise that we are all part of universal consciousness. I now believe that when we die, we won't realise our own death, instead it will be "waking up" as another form of consciousness, with no memories of the past life. Kind of like when you go under anaesthesia and you feel no time passed. It's just "blink" and you're a new being.

You are a beautiful ego, Cai. And you should be proud of the life you have had, and love yourself for the choices you made, which will ripple throughout time for eternity. You have imprinted upon all the people you have ever encountered, which will carry forth your "you-ness" forever.

But when it comes to die, I think you will realise the larger "You" that is shared by all. The "I Am" that is in all life, that can never die.
