Our open office is semi-open for those of us in the sales team. We sit along the sides of the walls, with short barriers between our desks that we can easily look over and speak to people. But because of the design of the room we aren’t creeping on each other’s computers all the time. And it gives me enough semi privacy to be able to get in a “zone” and not be distracted when I need to be.

The service side of our company is more a full open office with no dividers. I’m glad I don’t work in that side.

Luckily we have a really good culture here too.
