I wonder if Yael has had psychedelic experiences herself? Because if not I find it kind of funny that she's claiming she knows he didn't open his mind enough, given he's likely had more transformational experiences in this way than her. Is there a possibility that he might actually have some wisdom that she doesn't, in some areas?

I've had quite a few psychedelic experiences, none to the level of Michael Pollan though. I definitely want to have a DMT experience and an ayahuasca experience one day. I think it would be a major growth experience for me.
