Mmmm I don't think that's what covert narcissism is. It's more that they weaponise victimhood and guilt trips to manipulate. While grandiose/malignant narcissism uses overt aggression, covert narcissism uses passive aggressiveness. My mother is like that. It's definitely not "behaving healthily".
