Maybe you should put that instruction as the description on your Twitter? As in "Tweets are just to vent, unless you are a friend don't @me with help/advice"

Because I have a friend who says things like that all the time and I tell you, I cannot ignore them, because if I do, and they harm themselves, I will feel like it was my fault.

And people who follow you, if they are seeing anxious/self hating/depressed posts all the time, then unless they're following you to get "relatable depression content" then they won't know the best way to react unless you specifically tell them.

Heart reacting could be seen as agreeing with your self hate. Ignoring it could make you feel worse. So instead people just comment saying they care and they want to help. That's a natural reaction, and unless you tell them that it's NOT as serious as you are making it out to be, and that you are NOT crying for help, then the fact they worry about you and try to help is a GOOD THING.

Like I have had loved ones attempt suicide, so when I see people posting about wanting to die, I assume it is serious, and I treat it as such BECAUSE IF I WAS WRONG I CAN'T FORGIVE MYSELF.
