I've seen this too. It's just regressive sexism repackaged for the New Age crowd. As someone who is fairly New Age but also fairly levelheaded it sets off my spidey senses when people start essentialising gender.
There's a lot of "womb coaches" on Instagram that pontificate about menstruation being the key to happiness and that when you're "in your cycle" you should not strive or work and just stay at home and free bleed. Like wtf? Most people can't afford to not work. It sounds like menstruation huts for the modern day.
And the whole "masculine energy is purposeful, men strive, women attract, if you see a woman who is assertive she's in her masculine, she needs to be more in her feminine and just attract what she wants".
Ugh.
