It's interesting how the love languages map onto this pyramid.

Physical = physical touch

Security = acts of service + gifts (which help your life become easier)

Social = quality time

Ego = words of affirmation + gifts (which make you feel seen and understood)

Self actualisation is supported by all of the other love languages. I guess it's what you find easier to achieve when you're able to fully express and receive love in the ways you need and resonate with.
