It's interesting, currently I feel like there are two kind of orgasms I can experience.
One is a clitoral orgasm, which is from masturbation, and I can give myself very easily but usually doesn't happen during sex (I think my clit is so used to the way I touch myself that oral, while great, doesn't really get me off). The things that arouse the clitoris the most for me are my kinks (usually erotica), which I feel morally torn about, and don't want to really incorporate into my real life partner sex. These kind of orgasms I am not vocal about, and the only sound I make is a change in breathing, like perhaps gasping or panting a bit.
The other type is a cervix/womb orgasm. I get that from either being penetrated, or from being super turned on in a demisexual way (ideally both). It's the sort I get from having sex, and it happens deep in the lower stomach, and can happen one after the other, continuously, for hours. I can have it while my love is fucking me, or it can happen solo when I'm either listening to him talk dirty, or watching porn of amateurs in love or well acted sex scenes of people in love. It's a handsfree thing. It feels like my womb is "clenching" of its own accord, and it causes these ripples of hot pleasure all through the pelvis. I've tried masturbating the clit while having that kind of thing, and honestly the two types of pleasure compete with each other. So what I often like to do is have penetrative sex, or have a solo time where I don't touch myself but watch or listen to things that arouse the "demisexual" feeling, and have several hours of the "womb clench" orgasms, and then at the end finish off with a clitoral orgasm.
If I ranked them though, I would choose the womb orgasm every-time. But it can't happen on command, I have to be really turned on in an emotional sense. It's like aroused by extreme empathy. Whereas a clitoral orgasm I can reliably create whenever I have "the itch". So it's nice that there are both options for me.
Maybe one day I will discover new kinds of orgasms for myself, I know some women have GSpot orgasms, never had one myself but maybe one day! :D
