India has its problems (as does China, and every country in the world) but I am very happy that they are becoming one of the world's biggest superpowers. My country (Australia) has a huge proportion of Indian migrants, to the point that by 2025 they will be the biggest migrant group in Australia. The company I work at is owned by Indian-Australians, and many of my colleagues are Indian. They are all very smart, lovely people with passion for helping the world. There is also a lot to love about Indian culture and Hinduism, which is the oldest religion in the world. Look up Advaita Vedanta, it could change your life.

For too long, India has been overlooked, and I am glad that it is starting to really be recognised by the West, and its culture is starting to really affect the West in mainstream ways (such as the popularity of movies like RRR).
