I’m sure it’s helpful, but the point of this article is that apparently these calculators are REQUIRED for every single student even if they can’t afford them.

Would make sense to have a few of these calculators owned by the class and available for students with special requirements rather than expect every student and/or teacher to shell out a fortune on something that most people don’t need.
