I’m not American.
Counter to your assumption, the majority of people I associate with, work with, are friends with, are people of colour from many different countries. They’re not Black Americans because like I said, I’m not American. But in terms of skin colour, many of my friends are as melanin-blessed as anyone labelled “Black" in America.
You’re the one that’s incapable of seeing me as an individual, making all these assumptions about me because you think because I am of European ancestry that means you know how I think and how I feel about other people. I know I’m an individual and I don’t see myself as superior to people of colour in any way.
