I would change "all" to "most" but yeah most men are not selfish the way the media makes out, they really believe in "happy wife, happy life" including in the bedroom. But they may not know how to talk to their wives about sex, about pleasure, about how to make things more pleasurable for her etc. And likewise the women often don't know how to communicate honestly in the bedroom.
