I use Nexplanon and I love it. I agree with the overall thrust of your article. I’m luckily one of those people who Nexplanon doesn’t make bleed, and actually its side effects are so beneficial to me I would stay on it even if I wasn’t having sex. It’s a wonderful invention.
However it’s a shame that you don’t talk about how men can take control of birth control themselves too. It’s not just women’s responsibility. For example, vasectomies, or those new injections that can be reversible for men. I would like to see an article that goes into long acting birth control for women and men together.
