I understand what you mean. I had sadomasochistic fantasies aged 5. I didn't even know what sex was and I wasn't exposed to any sexual material, or even any violence in movies or TV because I was so sheltered.

I think it's genetic.

This doesn't mean I participated in sexual activity with anyone until I was an adult. I was 23 when I had sex with someone for the first time. But that doesn't mean I didn't have kinky fantasies or that I didn't masturbate as a young teen.
