I think this is a bit overkill dude, there is plenty of meaning in our culture. For example the biggest movie of the year was Dune Part 2. Which is a profound and thoughtful meditation on the nature of power and imperialism. The antithesis of Deadpool & Wolverine.

Your comments about the movie itself seem valid but the argument that "this represents the annihilation of all meaning in our culture" is laughable hyperbole that I struggle to believe you actually take seriously yourself.

Really, there is no meaning in culture? Maybe don't look for it in superhero movies? There are millions of books, pieces of music, thousands of movies, thoughtful TV shows etc - all which have sincere meaning in them. Sincerity is still here. Just don't look for it in Marvel.
