I think the fact that Will and Kate aren't as "charismatic" is a good thing for the royals. Less scandal. Harry and Meghan are more charismatic but the media rips them apart.

The media instead LOVES Kate. She's popular, because she seems to never set a foot wrong. A safe choice for queen one day.

William and Kate also seem to care about each other and have a relatively healthy relationship. That's more important than being flashy and glitzy etc.
