I think she said she hated you out of frustration to try and get you to stop stalking her and obsessively trying to contact her. You were going over so many boundaries and ignoring all the signals she wanted to be left alone. So she was trying to send the message that she unequivocally didn't want to reconnect and to avoid the "so you're telling me there's a chance?" she said she'd always hated you.

If she really had hated you she would not have listened to your problems for so long.
