I think rather than reading about astrology because he believes in astrology, he's reading your articles because you're writing about him and he wants to know what you're writing about him and how he's being presented to the world/perceived after so long.

If you stopped writing about him, he would probably stop stalking your page.

The fact he's reading your articles doesn't necessarily mean he is still in love with you. He could be mad at you. He could be curious to see how you're presenting him to your audience. He could be hate-reading or emotionally self harming by reading stuff that he knows will make him feel shitty.

Like, a while ago I had some people online write some very hurtful things about me and my partner, and it was very hard to not keep reading and find out more of what was being said about me. I knew it was self harm to read it, and I eventually stopped, but there is a sick compulsion to do it.
