I mean yeah, but it's pretty commonly known that G-spot orgasms are preceded by "feeling like you need to pee" except if you keep going you DON'T pee, you squirt. But "being worried that you're going to pee" can prevent you from having a G-spot orgasm. That's why items like the Splash blanket exist.

I'm no fan of Girl Defined and think it's harmful, but this criticism is a bit unfair as I don't think they're saying "you should pee during sex" or "farting is foreplay" but more "if you're worried about how you're being perceived constantly you won't be in the moment and able to fully relax during sex".
