I find it very strange when people think they can immediately tell if someone is for them or not when they look at a picture.

I guess that's the difference between being allosexual and demisexual? I've found people attractive that were short, that were poor (supposedly things that turn women off) because they were clever, funny, insightful, kind people. The vitality of a person matters a lot I think.

And my soulmate - when I first met him I thought "yeah, looks OK but not really my type". It was only after he had been my friend for a long time that I became sexually attracted to him, and now he's the most attractive person in the world to me.
