I feel like we're missing context from OP and maybe more of the letter that Dr PsychMom hasn't shared. Where in the letter indicates that the husband is narcissistic? It sounds like the wife is ready to leave the marriage over a simple disagreement over what sports team the child joins. Ridiculous.
