I don't think the OP is asking too much at all. He has a physical touch love language. He is trying to compromise and help her and do everything he can. And it's just rejection after rejection. I'm sorry but postpartum or not, implying your husband is crazy or invalid for wanting to have sex or physical affection is unkind. It's not about the sex per se. It's about the emotional connection. It's about how he is trying to connect with her and she is refusing. It's about how she refuses to get therapy and explodes with anger when he suggests she get help.
