I don't think so. I seek to integrate more and more of this perception of reality into "ordinary life" because I believe that every moment has the potential to be felt as divinely as any other. And when Phillip says "YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT" I think he doesn't quite understand. We are all avatars of the divine. We are all that important. As Alan Watts says, we are not "poor little me". We are the Atman, the Brahman, experiencing life in our particular contexts. Every life is every life, is infinite.

I seek to become more and more aware of reality on this level not just because it's ecstatic (in some ways it's terrifying) but because it's profound.

I am a panpsychist too, and I believe that this has helped make me a better person. After watching the documentary "Unity" I became a vegan. And the more time goes on, the more I realise that animals and plants are conscious and have rich inner lives, and that all life is in a sense, me. We are one, or nondual.

While I have experienced these feelings most strongly on weed or psychedelics, I am able to experience them increasingly while sober, while meditating or even while working. And I think that enriches my life immensely.
