On the topic of this article - many “rape” fantasies may be like this, about desire and being free of shame. How do you explain the existence however of fantasies of actual rape? Where the woman’s pleasure is not considered, and in fact her pain and humiliation and degradation is what’s wanted?

Where do fantasies like this come from? Especially in the mind of a woman who is vehemently anti-rape, and feminist, and not a sadomasochist in real life, and has no desire to enact role plays in that vein with an actual partner?
